Terms

• All orders require a 50% deposit, balance due upon delivery (unless pre-approved terms have been established prior to completing the sales order).

o All orders exceeding $20,000 (regardless of terms) require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

o Orders outside of Calgary must be paid in full before the product leaves the warehouse.

• Available payment methods are cash, cheque, electronic funds transfer, email money transfers, and debit/credit card. Credit card transactions over $5000 are subject to a 3% administration fee.

• A service charge of 2% per month is applied to all overdue accounts. All furniture remains the property of Choice Office Furniture LTD until paid in full.

• Freight, installation and delivery are not included unless otherwise stated on the sales order. Delivery and installation costs are quoted at regular business hours within city limits, 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday. Delivery during non-business hours and weekends are charged at overtime rates. Delivery and installation costs are quoted for a one-time visit to a ready, clean, finished space with clear access; additional charges may apply otherwise.

• Adequate facilities for unloading, moving and handling merchandise are required. All extra time incurred due to construction delays, non-disclosed stair carries, other trades being on site or inter office moving will be charged at regular or overtime rates.

• Customer is to provide use of a designated locked off elevator for project delivery if applicable.

• Customer is responsible for the electrical and data wall connections if applicable.

• Customers are to take delivery of their product within 30 days from arrival at our warehouse. After 30 days, customers account must be paid in full and storage charges will apply.

• New products are custom ordered and manufactured to your specifications and cannot be cancelled, there are no returns or exchanges once ordered.

• Used products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of item receipt; additional freight charges may apply. A 30% restocking fee will be charged for returned items, and an in-store credit will be applied to your account. No returns are available after 30 days.

• Used products are sold “As Is” condition, please inspect the items you are purchasing to make sure you will be satisfied with your purchase.
